BTEC Scholar heads for America

Jack has been a student at our school for the past two years studying with the MK DONS SET. Jack represents the school as a player as well as playing for the Cranfield Colts where he has been for the past 10 years.

In August, Jack will be flying out to America where he has been offered a scholarship at Genessee Community College in New York. Jack will be studying for a Degree in Sports Management, as well as playing in the NCAA Soccer League.

Jack was able to access this opportunity through a visit to the school from the sport agency, Future Elite Sports.

Speaking of his time here Jack said “Studying at Sir Herbert Leon has allowed me to continue my hobby whilst gaining a qualification, enabling me this opportunity. I’d recommend this course to anybody that has an interest in football and would like to work in the sports industry.”
