Dons U16's RTC Player Earns National Call Up

MK Dons Women are very pleased to announce U16s Regional Talent Centre (RTC) player, Amelie Le-Tallec has been invited to train with the Wales U15 squad this season, with a view to hopefully gaining International experience.
Amelie (14), having only just joined the RTC at MK Dons, has previously played for Arsenal RTC U14s and before that one of very few girls to play for a boys team in the JPL league, as well as representing Bedfordshire.
Amelie said "I am new to MK Dons, but the club has been really welcoming, the level of coaching has been amazing and there is a real focus on individual development which I love. I am already benefitting from the opportunities given to me here as we played against Wales U15s preseason, so it is really exciting to be invited into their training facilities. I will just enjoy the experience, give 100% and see what comes of it”.
Jon Dewick - Girls' Football Development Manager commented:
"This is a fantastic opportunity for Amelie and credit to her to be able to take up this opportunity to train within a national team setting. Amelie has only been with the RTC since July but has settled well within the group and has made real progress already. All RTC staff are proud of Amelie’s progress and to have another player experience international recognition is great for all involved in the RTC."
