MK Dons SET would like to extend thanks to Dumond Education for their support in being a player’s kit sponsor for the recent 2021/22 season.

Their support in sponsoring the player’s kit for the 2021/22 season has benefitted a number of age groups and development centres. The kit has been worn throughout the season in both the Boy’s Centre of Excellence as well as the advanced centre in both training sessions and matches. The sponsorship has been seen both regionally and nationally, worn by all age groups from Under 13 to Under 18.

Dumond Education is a small company who, whilst based abroad and operating internationally, has strong roots in the UK. More particularly in Milton Keynes football, a subject which Dumond Education CEO Simon Dunford is very passionate about. Simon played grassroots football for several local clubs, he also went on to represent the Milton Keynes Youth League eventually becoming a qualified referee at the age of 16 with the Berks and Bucks Football Association.

Across a number of years, Dumond Education has provided leadership consultancy and training services as well as developing educational resources for both parents & teachers. During the pandemic Dumond made all their online material available to download for free, which helped parents and teachers struggling to find suitable items to keep their children occupied when schools closed.

They have recently broke into the world of YouTube, setting up a brand new channel with a new educational series, Leadership Lens Sessions. Each episode explores many different and relevant issues/topics to support individuals in their leadership journeys. Most recently Dumond Education have developed an App to assist organization and individuals make performance management appraisal more targeted, meaningful and easier to maintain. Details of the App can be found here.

Simon’s father, David, who entered the raffle on behalf of Simon is an MK Dons Season Ticket holder. David has been involved in local youth football for over 40 years and is a Life Vice President of the Berks and Bucks Football Association.

David commented, “the raffle was a great initiative as it gave small companies like Dumond the opportunity to become kit sponsors at an affordable cost. As an education-based company Dumond are delighted to be associated with MK Dons Sport & Education Trust in this way.”
