
Higher Education.
The Foundation Degree Sports Coaching and Development will be based within the student’s sports organisation MK Dons SET, and lectures, seminars and tutorials will be delivered on site and via provided material. The course will teach you aspects of generic children and youth coaching, sports coaching, sports development, social inclusion, and sports management skills.

After completing the two-year foundation degree programme, you will have opportunity to top-up your foundation degree to a full Bachelor's degree with a third year of studies on the Sports Coaching and Development (Top Up)

Course Summary.
Our Programme
The course is taught via online lectures, practical sessions and tutorials from the USW teaching staff. This is then supported by Bristol Rovers tutors and mentors. Students also gain valuable work experience by coaching on the wide range of Community Trusts’ projects

The Degree programme will combine studying and practical coaching experience as well as offering students the opportunity to gain recognised coaching qualifications.
After two years you will gain a Foundation Degree and after three years you will gain a full BSc. (Hons).
