The Girls academy sits as the next part of the girl’s pathway. The academy purpose is to prepare players for senior first team football and beyond. Players are fully registered to the MK Dons SET and teams play either in the local MKDDL or the JPL Warriors leagues.

• To progress players with our senior women’s pathway or into the professional women’s game

• To have a clear playing philosophy that enables players to experience various game and training formats.

• Regular fixtures program

• Clear pathway for players to progress through the different groups

• National recognition for players to attend regional and national events whether be England or other home nations.
